The Garrowby herd enjoyed another outstanding evening at the 2025 North East Limousin Herd Competition, which brought together 19 distinguished herds from across the region.
This year’s event was judged by Colin Lewis of the Garyvaughan herd and included entries spanning from Northumberland to Doncaster. Prizes were awarded across a range of categories, recognising excellence in breeding and stock quality.

To crown the evening, Garrowby Limousins was awarded 1st prize in the extra large herd category as well as Overall Champion Herd 2025 — a fantastic recognition of the team’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of livestock breeding.
